| Dear                          Ricardo, Our                          client is a FMCG in premium drinks business with an                          outstanding collection of international brands across                          spirits, wine and beer. This company trades in                          approximately 180 markets and employs over 20,000                          talented people around the world.  As                          part of the company strategy, they now recruiting a                          Country                          Manger  to start up the business in Angola.                          Main                          Responsibilities:
 Establish the entity in Angola, Engage and Inspire                            the Southern African Exec team and internal                            stakeholders (supply and functions) ensuring alignment                            within the region. 
 
Create clarity on priority customers and channels.                            Develop and implement short and long term strategies                            to locally produce spirits and RTDs (through third                            parties). 
 
Develop long term options to establish a Beer                            business with owned and operated local manufacturing                            Consistently beating the competition through                            excellence sales driver activities in the right place                            at the right time. 
 
Prove that it is able to manage customer                            relationships across all channels, and develop and                            deliver an effective go-to-market strategy. 
 
Excellence in execution, P&L management and                            cost control. The ability to align cross functional                            resources and teams to deliver a common goal and the                            orchestration and prioritization skills to know when                            to get involved and when to delegate and how to get                            things done through others. 
 
A sufficient level of understanding about legal                            and corporate governance matters to take on the                            necessary fiduciary responsibilities. 
 
The ability to manage complexity, diversity and                            ambiguity.
  Requirements: Significant strategic commercial/GM experience                            (12+ years). 
 
A real focus and demonstrated sales track record                            plus remarkable HR skills.

Applicants must be fluent in both Portuguese and                            English and possess an excellent understanding of the                            Angolan market.
